I am 18 years married and from 1999 i was contineously taking treatments but no results....finally my gynac diagnosed me with pcod/pcos now she is saying only IVF option is left with me. But i am not in that position to go for that. From the begening my periods were also irregular and i also went through DNC for heavy bleeding but now my periods are also stopped but white discharge problem is still there.... I want to know is there any hope by doing this surgery... I mean laproscopic overian drilling ? |

Dear Anita Laparoscopic ovarian drilling is a minimal access surgical treatment that can trigger ovulation in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Electrocautery harmonic or a laser is used to destroy parts of the one or both ovaries. This laparoscopic surgery is not commonly used in every case.
