I had a laparoscopy 5 weeks ago and i am still experiencing quite a lot of pain under the incision. I can feel a hard lump underneath the 3inch scar that is painful to touch. Not sure whether this is scar tissue or an infection of some kind. It hurts when i cough/sneeze etc. |

Dear Dunstan You should get your lump examined by any experienced surgeon and he will tell you it is hernia or infection. If you will get one ultrasound done it can help in diagnosis. With regards M.K. Gupta |
