Dr Sadhana	Dear mohammed raisuzzaman There are many causes of frequent urination. The liner of the urethra (the tube that carries urine in the bladder from the body) and bladder becomes inflamed and irritated due to byproducts of the infection (blood, white blood cells, bacteria). This irritation of the bladder wall causes the urge to empty the bladder frequently (called frequency). Diabetes: An early characteristic of both type 1 and diabetes type 2 could be frequent urination, because the body attempts to rid itself of unused glucose (blood sugar levels) with the urine. Diabetes can also damage the nerves that control the bladder, causing frequent urination and difficulty controlling your bladder Diuretic use: Medications accustomed to treat hypertension or fluid buildup operate in the kidney and flush excess fluid in the body, causing frequent urination. Prostate problems: An enlarged prostate can press against the urethra and block the flow of urine, resulting in the bladder wall to become irritated. The bladder contracts even when it contains small quantities of urine, causing more frequent urination. Brachytherapy (sealed source radiotherapy, or "seed treatment" for cancer of the prostate) can cause frequent urination within one-third of patients. With regards Sadhana

amresh	Madam, I have to go many times to urine but only in day not in night. Please tell me its a problem.

praveen agrawal	urine coming many times. Please get routine urine examination done to know the cause of increase in frequency of urine.

GAUTAM	sir, urine comes many times in a day, I have checked sugar but it is nothing, I am very upset. I am going 3 to 4 times in night & 5 to 6 times in a day, my age is 29 year. please advise me how can I feel relax from this problem. Dear Mr Gautam You should get one Ultrasonography KUB and one Uroflometry to have the correct diagnosis. Please don't take much fluid in evening before going to bed. If the symptoms persist please consult a Urologist. As your Blood Sugar report is normal and you are young so probably cause of 4-5 times urination at night is due to taking excessive water at night. Prince	My dad is of age 64 he has a big urine problem in night the urine comes no of times also in day time please reply me the solution of this problem and diet to follow, Dear Prince, Probably your father is suffering from BPH. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is an enlarged prostate gland . The prostate gland surrounds the urethra, the tube that carries urine from the bladder out of the body.
