my cousin who is 38 years old was suffering from fibroids from 2005,she had open myonemtry surgery in2005,then she was injected for ectopic pregnency in 2009,and in2013 she had missed abortion.now the fibroid size has increased to 16cm nearly,she even has thyroid disorder and anaemia and she find difficult to breath.so doctors adviced her to do laproscopic surgery but that cost much and we cannot bear this greatexpence doctor, please doctor if you could help her to do this surgery as soon as possible freely. thank you. |

Dear Nazna First of all we have to evaluate that in case of anaemia and thyroid problem laparoscopic myomectomy is safe for your cousin or not. Please bring the patient with all the previous report and OT note of previous surgeries so that we can evaluate her. With regard J S Chowhan |

sorry doctor as we are in srilanka its difficult to come there so i will give some information about her disorders that doctors have given; in case of anaemia, she received 2 unit packed RBCs,her BhCG was 964.7 in 14th of may 2013and decreased gradually till 54.7on 25th of may 2013. ultrasound showed early intrauterine pregnancy. And for thyroid( euthyrox 125mg) medicine was given,she is concerned about her fertility so please doctor tell detaily whether we are able to do robotic laproscopic treatment in your hospital freely as soon. thank you |
