I would like to be very straight to the point, My problem is i broke my ACL on 4th June 2010 and had surgery ACL reconstruction on 26th April 2011, Everything was fine after surgery after 6 months of Physiotherapy, I tried playing football selfplay and broke my reconstructed ACL.
Doctor's said, i need strengthening exercises but i know the symptoms are the same like they were in beginning, twisting of leg and weakness.
I can't have MRI because i have screw (metal) in my knee.
Someone told me maybe with help of laparoscopy, i can be sure that my ligament is broken which Doctor's in Safdarjang hospital are not accepting it. They think its fine. Please contact 9899075047

Arthroscopy can be performed in your case. Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction can be done with many different graft choices. Such as patellar tendon, hamstring tendon, and donor tissue (allograft). Each one of these choices has pros and cons.
ACL reconstruction isn't an ACL repair. A repair ensures that it is possible to fix something which is broken. Appears to be ACL is very torn, it does not heal together, get the job done torn ends are sewn together. In actuality, the tendon almost always appears frayed when visualized after an ACL tear. Precisely what does are very effective, is usually to get rid of the torn ends with the ACL and replace the ligament which has a different structure (a graft). To secure the graft into the position with the normal ACL, tunnels come in the shin bone (tibia) and thigh bone (femur), and the graft is passed through these tunnels to reconstruct the ligament.
