The tissue response generator has unique vessel sealing ability. These Vessel sealing produces significantly reduced thermal spread when compared with existing bipolar instruments.

These generators precisely confine its effects to the target tissue or vessel with without any charring, with minimal thermal spread to adjacent tissue. These generator uses seal mechanism by sensing body’s collagen to actually change the nature from the vessel walls by obliterating the lumen.

The elastin and collagen within the tissue melt and reform to produce the seal zone. These electrosurgical generator works by fusing the collagen in vessel walls to produce a permanent seal. The jaw of electrosurgical forceps using this technology leaves no foreign material behind to potentially hinder future diagnosis.

The system uses the body’s own collagen to reform the tissue, developing a permanent seal which resists dislodgement.

Tissue response generator has following advantage

  1. It may be used with full confidence on vessels up to 7 mm
  2. It seals all the tissue bundles without dissection and isolation
  3. It causes minimal thermal spread, precisely confining
  4. Its effect to the target tissue
  5. The unique energy output leads to without any sticking
  6. Reduced sticking and charring
  7. Minimized requirement for multiple applications
  8. No dislodged clips
  9. No foreign material left behind
