Patient has undergone polypectomy after which a diagnostic lap was performed for tubal patency...supra umbilical port was placed in open method and not blind...we start to insufflate the abdomen we have noticed there was air leaking into the urobag (foley's was present) as if the insufflator was directly connected to the urobag...bladder was checked and all possible routes have been checked but nothing is conclusive of air leaking into urobag through the catheter...I have been reading articles on the probable cause but this is still a mystery...please enlighten me on this... thank you!
