You can send the application form for initial consideration without paying anything but for confirmation you need to pay partial tuition fee towards the course.  If you are paying through cheque or demand draft you should send demand draft of 5,000 Indian rupees or 100 US dollars for final confirmation to your participation in ESSENTIAL and FELLOWSHIP IN MINIMAL ACCESS SURGERY programme and 2,00 USD or 10,000 for Diploma in minimal Access Surgery.
