Laparoscopic suturing and knotting are important for surgeons and gynecologists. Mishra's Knot is one of the important extracorporeal knots for any tubular structure. Configuration of Mishra's Knot is 1:1:1:1:1:1:1. This knot is secured up to 18mm of the tubular structure.

Laparoscopic Mishra's Knot is a surgical technique used to tie knots during laparoscopic surgery. It is commonly used in procedures like laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) and laparoscopic appendectomy (appendix removal).
The procedure involves passing a suture through the tissue and then tying a knot around it using a specialized knot-tying instrument called a Mishra's Knot Pusher. The Mishra's Knot Pusher allows the surgeon to tie secure knots quickly and easily without needing to manipulate the suture manually.




 
To perform a Laparoscopic Mishra's Knot, the surgeon inserts a laparoscope (a small camera) and other surgical instruments into the abdomen through small incisions.
