Gas leak during laparoscopy

While doing lap chole I have been using long reducer.....And at last I see total gas used been more than 70 liter.....Every time.i have double checked my all ports.only culprit seemingly suspicious is my long reducer........What can I do to prevent gas leak......Plz sir guide me

Dear Dr Manish

Please check the outer washer of long reduce. You can use Top mounted long reducer instead and use long reducer only at the time of suturing and knotting.
