Port position in posterior wall myoma

 Dear sir,

I want to sake regarding best sites for port position in laparoscopic myomectomy in posterior wall 6 cm myoma.

 Dear Dr Mohammad

In posterior wall Myoma post position will be just like Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy as the target of dissection is not moved high up. However if the size of uterus is big it is better to put supra-umbilical port so that one you will use uterine manipulator or myoma screw and give the traction towards the upper abdomen uterus should not touch the telescope.

You can apply Baseball Diamond concept and two ipsilateral and one contralateral port would be sufficient.
