Dear Dr S Hussain, The ideal temperature of CO2 is 37 degrees Centigrade. This temperature probably will decrease the chance of hypothermia.. Warm insufflation probably causes a local vasodilation in the kidneys and may be beneficial to patients with borderline renal function. With regard Dr R K Mishra |
