I want to know if proton therapy possible to treat prostate cancer if Radical da Vinci robotic surgery fails in an 80-year-old man.

Some of the studies have shown the promising result of Proton therapy in the patient of prostate cancer.
It may be used in conjunction with other treatments, such as chemotherapy. Studies have suggested that proton therapy may cause fewer side effects than traditional radiation since doctors can better control where the proton beams deposit their energy.
