how do you hold the or stabilise the ovary while doing ovarian drilling in diagnostic laparoscopy. |

Dear Dr Madhavi Best way of stabilizing the ovary during Ovarian Drilling is by holding the ovarian ligament with left hand atraumatic grasper and drilling with right hand monopolar Tritom, Aspiration needle or Hook. Tritom or PCOD needle is best to drill the ovary. |
