Dear Prem Kumar

If the hemorrhoid surgery is performed by experienced surgeon, there should not be a leak. There are many methods of hemorrhoidectomy. One of the most frequently performed traditional hemorrhoid surgical procedures are the open hemorrhoidectomy. On this procedure, the hemorrhoid tissue is exposed having a retractor then dissected. Three triangular-shaped incisions are manufactured once you're there and left open for the purpose of creating connecting bands of skin between them.

The Ferguson Strategy is similar to the above method, but is really a closed surgical treatment. Actually, each site is sutured completely with absorbable surgical thread. This process is not appropriate for elderly patients and the ones with certain preexisting medical ailments. Additionally, this kind of surgical treatment is usually reserved for second and third degree hemorrhoids, that happen to be prolapsed, strangulated, or thrombosed. This procedure necessitates the total removing hemorrhoids by removing the rectal tissue by which they reside.

This treatment, which came from the late 1800s, has never been performed today because of the likelihood of stenosis, or perhaps the narrowing in the anal canal. Newer and much less invasive procedures to cope with hemorrhoids pose fewer complications, improve time to recover, require less pain medication, and are noteworthy.

For hemorrhoid laser surgery pinpoints and targets nerves and bloodstream regarding the hemorrhoid, in effect strangling off the way to obtain blood and oxygen. A beam of light then eradicates the hemorrhoid with exact precision and without any causing excess bleeding at the site. A relatively new sort of hemorrhoid surgical treatment is called atomizing.

With this procedure, the hemorrhoid is subjected to an electrical current that vaporizes each layer of cells. The hemorrhoid tissue is entirely converted to a mist of fantastic particles which might be simply vacuumed away.

We ate World Laparoscopy HospitalPPH stands for Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids. Together with the new PPH or stapled hemorrhoidectomy you should not have to cut out your hemorrhoid tissue on the anus. Instead, this action removes the loose tissue over the anus - that is as an anal facelift. The spot higher than the anus wont have exactly the same nerve endings as away from anus. The individual will not feel the sharp pain of conventional hemorrhoidectomy. Since nerve endings are very different, the sufferer can experience a dull but tolerable ache stay.

The preparation for surgical procedures are exactly like for conventional hemorrhoidectomy. No special bowel prep should be used. The patient eats an average diet the previous day surgery. No food or water is allowed after midnight before surgery. A Fleet enema is employed at night before going to bed and again 1 hour prior to going to the hospital. Antibiotics are not routinely used. Stapled hemorrhoidectomy can be achieved under local anesthesia with sedation, general anesthesia or spinal epidural anesthesia. The person lies in the prone position lying on pillows around the OR table. A special hemorrhoid stapler is used to remove the surplus loose tissue across the anus. This stapler restricts the tissue and sutures or staples the remaining tissue edges together. These are generally special microscopic titanium staples. These staples will disappear on the next couple of months. The patient will not be mindful of these staples. There is no sharp pain since there are no anal wounds. External hemorrhoids are often left alone and the shrink in the next 8 weeks because the stapling procedure interrupts the blood supply to those hemorrhoids.

You can get stapler hemorrhoidectomy at World Laparoscopy Hospital also. In our hospital it will cost you 35,000 rupees.

If you have any other question, Please do not hesitate.

With regard

-Eat high-fiber foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
-Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
