Dear Mrs. Pia
Please send the biopsy details of the first surgery to know the nature of the lesion. Normally the malignant swellings are not painful in the begining, only when they become large or fungate that it starts paining. Painful lumps are normally infective in nature. So consult a nearby surgeon for examination and diagnosis.

Thanks
With Regards

Dear Aila,
Breast lumps or lumpiness. Some women have more lumpiness in their breasts than others. In most cases, this lumpiness is no cause to worry. If the lumpiness can be felt throughout the breast and feels like your other breast, then it's likely normal breast tissue.
