Dear Ghanshyam Hysterosalpinogram (HSG) is the test to determine the tubal patency of a patient. It is an x-ray test and it is done to look inside of the uterus and fallopian tubes and the area around them. It often is done for women who are having a hard time getting pregnant. This report stated that your left tube is completely block and right one is partially. So the chances of getting pregnancy are very less. You will have to go for the diagnostic laparoscopy to know the actual condition of the tube. You can contact your nearby gynecologist or come to your our hospital world laparoscopy hospital. |

Doctor please interpret this result. Impression: 1. Unremarkable uterine cavum and right fallopian tube with probable free spill noted on the right. 2. Non opacification of the left fallopian tube probably due to tubal occlusion in light of patient's surgical history. Dear Priscilla According to the report your left tube is blocked. The condition of the right tube is also not so satisfactory. So you need to go for the further investigation like diagnostic laparoscopy which will give a clear idea of your tube. |
