Dear Sir, My age is 32 year and I don't have any baby. After ultrasonically diagnosed my doctor has diagnosed that I have endometriosis. I don't want to get surgery done. Dear Kristi The medical management of endometriosis is to have anovulatory cycles or to postpone the menstrual cycles by taking low dose progestrone therapy. You should consult your gynaecologist to advice the proper treatment and to get the ultrasonography to rule out any endometrial hyperplasia or any other lesion.
