Dear Mrs Senapati Sometime after surgery Gynecologists treat by Clomiphene Citrate. The investigators randomized 626 infertile women with PCOS to receive clomiphene citrate plus placebo, extended-release metformin plus placebo, or a combination of metformin and clomiphene for up to 6 months. When pregnancy was confirmed, medication was discontinued, and women were followed up until delivery. Please ask your doctor what is the plan. |
