Sweat Problem

Sunny	I am feeling pain in my calves due to which I am not able to sleep at night. My hands and feet sweat a lot and my hands and feet feel cold. My mouth also remains dry. What should I do?

Calf Pain at Night: Calf pain at night can be due to muscle cramps, poor blood flow (like peripheral artery disease), or nerve compression. If the pain is sharp or causes you to wake up, a medical check-up is important. Dehydration or low levels of minerals like magnesium, calcium, or potassium can also cause cramps. Sweaty and Cold Hands/Feet: Excessive sweating (called hyperhidrosis) can be due to stress, thyroid problems, or nervous system issues. Cold hands and feet may mean poor blood circulation or a condition like Raynaud’s disease. Dry Mouth: A dry mouth may be due to dehydration, side effects of medicines, or conditions like diabetes or thyroid disorder. What You Should Do: See a doctor: Get blood tests for sugar, thyroid, vitamin B12, and electrolytes. Also, check your blood pressure and circulation. Stay hydrated: Drink 8–10 glasses of water daily.
