I am having kidney stone of 5.4 mm few month earlier then I had homeopathy treatment as well I also having burning urine problem And frequency of urine. |

Urinary tract infection (UTI) – Burning and frequent urination are classic signs. Stones can increase the risk of UTI. Bladder irritation or inflammation – Caused by small residual fragments or even due to prior infections. Recommendations: Investigations: Urine routine and culture test – To check for infection. Ultrasound KUB – To check if the stone is still there or if there are others. X-ray KUB or CT scan (if needed) – For better clarity if the stone is not visible on ultrasound. General Advice: Hydration: Drink 2.5–3 liters of water per day unless advised otherwise. Avoid high-oxalate foods (e.g., spinach, nuts, chocolate) and reduce salt intake. Citrate-rich fluids (like lemon water) can help prevent stone growth. Pain or burning: Use urinary alkalizers like sodium or potassium citrate (only after confirming there's no infection). When to see a doctor immediately: Fever or chills (sign of infection) Severe back or side pain Blood in urine Vomiting or inability to pass urine |
