my wife 26yrs old. she problem ........right ovary contains on endometriotic cyst measuring 26*22mm. what's its treatment. |

Dear Deep You should get your ultrasound repeated after 1 month. Endometrial cysts are also called endometriomas or chocolate cysts, because they are filled with dark blood resembling chocolate syrup. They are a result of a condition know as endometriosis. Surgery is often used to remove an endometrial cyst to preserve fertility.
