kidney stone

Lt kidney having renal calculli of 1.45,1.1 and0.7 cm. kidney is contracted and of 7.2 cm size with gfr 11. About 15 ago i felt abdomn pain and omotting with frver. Now no fever but little infection seen in urine. Pleaese advise. |

Dear Mr Sunil Once you will get your infection settled you should get operated for Kidney stone. In your case PCNL or ESWL is the good option. You should consult a good Urologist to get final opinion. With regard J S Chowhan |
