I suffer from painful stools, the pain is excruciating and I have to go through at least 3-4 times so I am under a lot of mental agony and trauma. |

Dear Ruby Ganguly It appears that you are suffering from Acute Fissure in Ano. Please consult a surgeon for clinical examination and the diagnosis. Initially medical treatment is given , if it fails then surgery is advised. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
