hi iam 22 years of male nd m having stone on the way to urinary bladder i am having problem in hand practice sperms are not comming out instead a bit water substancemy be serum is comming out is it serious issue or temporary it happend after comming of stone |

You should get your bladder stone removed by cystoscopy. |
