Hello, My earlier anal abscess drain in Jul-2013 has reoccured as Fistula. There is pus discharge On and Off.,since early of this year. I may travel from Bengalure to New Delhi for his treatment. I request following details : 1) How long is the surgery, and can go home ? 2) What is the pre-conditions I should take care, so that I may land in Delhi and start the surgery on that day. 3) What is the post surgery care that I need to take care. Hope I can travel the next day to Bengaluru. 4) Medications and duration on medications after surgery ? 5) Cost of this treatment |

Dear Sanjay, You can get VAAFT surgery done. The duration of the surgery is 1 hour. You will have to stay in hospital after surgery for 1day.You need to come with fistulagram report during consultancy with doctor. The cost of surgery is Rs.90000. With regards Nidhi |
