I am suffering from GERD. Wants to know what is the surgical option available.

There are many options of GERD like.

• Endoscopic option

– Transoral incisionless fundoplication (TIF)
– Stretta
– MUSE

• Surgical options

– Lower esophageal magnetic augmentation (Linx®)
– Fundoplication

Laparoscopic fundoplication is the gold standard for surgical treatment of severe GERD and results in approximately 95% patient satisfaction. Robotic Nissen fundoplication is also very advantageous with good outcomes. If the laparoscopic method is used, you will most likely be in the hospital for only 2 to 3 days.
