sir, two days ago I played a lot of football and also put pressure while latrine because I had constipation so in night when I went to sleep I started feeling a lot of pain in the lower right abdomen and my right testicle was swollen in the morning the pain was gone but testicle is still hurting while touched I searched over internet and I think it is inguinal hernia I need treatment but my family is very poor I don't want to give them tension so I haven't told them about it. |

Dear Anshu For proper diagnosis, you should consult a nearby physician. A hernia can be diagnosed only after a clinical examination. If this is hernia then you can go for laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia. It may be orchitis or epididymitis. Please consult a doctor first and have few investigations like CBC, USG Scrotum etc.. |
