I'm sorry you're feeling unwell. Vomiting after eating and constipation together can be signs of food poisoning, indigestion, or a stomach infection. Based on your symptoms, here are some simple medicines and steps that may help you feel better. But if your symptoms worsen or last more than 2 more days, please see a doctor. Suggested Medicines (Over-the-counter): Ondansetron 4 mg – Helps stop vomiting. Take 1 tablet before meals (up to 3 times a day). ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) – Mix ORS in clean water and sip slowly to avoid dehydration. Pantoprazole 40 mg (or Omeprazole 20 mg) – Take 1 tablet in the morning before food to reduce stomach acid. Lactulose Syrup or Isabgol (Psyllium Husk) – Helps relieve constipation. Take 1–2 teaspoons with warm water at night. Diet Tips: Eat light, bland food like khichdi, curd, banana, toast. Avoid spicy, oily, or dairy-rich food until you feel better. Drink plenty of fluids – coconut water, lemon water, or plain water. When to See a Doctor: Vomiting continues for more than 2 days You feel severe stomach pain or fever You notice blood in vomit or stool You feel very weak, dizzy, or cannot eat or drink anything Take rest, eat light, and stay hydrated. You’ll likely start feeling better soon. |
