Complications in Laparoscopic Surgical treatment is most typical at the time of access. Veress needle insertion and gas insuffulation is an important step in Laparoscopic Surgery in order to obtain pneumoperitoneum . Problems for gastrointestinal tract with perforation of viscera, gastric injuries (0.027 percent) and small bowel injuries (0.16 per cent) are more inclined when puncture is around umbilicus. Gastric decompression before trocar insertion is an important step in avoiding splenic colon perforation as distended stomach pushes transverse colon caudally towards umbilicus. The only most cause of gut injuries is an uncontrolled forced jerky entry. Knowing the correct Port positioning is essential in Minimal Access Surgery. A Trendlenberg position with 150 tilt should be the position. The direction of veress needle ought to be towards sacral hollow. Inside a multicentre Dutch read the incidence of injury was 1.13/1000 for epigastric vessel injury and 1.7/1000 for abdominal vessel injury, 57 percent were related to laparoscopic entry. Localised pneumoperitoneum within the mesentery, omentum or retroperitoneum can be a cause of irritation because of compromise of operative field.   More...

The few of the important factors determining the success of laparoscopic tubal recanalization are technique of sterilization (suturing skill), age of the patient, and the remaining length of the tube after recanalization. The laparoscopic gynecologist must use an effective intracorporeal suturing technique of sterilization to minimize the failure rates, but at the same time. Open surgery may be easy as far as suturing is concerned but laparoscopy has definite advantage which causes minimal trauma, and aim at preserving the length of the tube so that reversal is more likely to be successful, should the patient's circumstances change.
