Today the physician and surgeon practise the upper GI endoscopy under the guidance of the Prof Dr R K Mishra . Mainly the endoscopy are done for the investigation of the symptoms, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, difficulty swallowing and GI bleeding. During the procedure  the diagnosis can be confirmed by taking biopsy to check for the condition such as anemia, bleeding, inflammation and the carcinoma of the digestive tract.
