The surgeons started with TAPP and after fixing the prolene mesh with sutures and tackers closed the peritoneum with continuous Dundee Jamming suturing with Aberdeen termination. The satisfaction level of the surgeons of hernia repair was much better today. The surgeons were also shown as how to perform the laparoscopic Fundoplication and they did Nissen fundoplication and were thrilled on their accomplishment.
The gynaecologist started with tubal recanalisation and today the anastmosis was done in shorter time and with better approximation of the edges. Next they were given demonstration on Laparoscopic Burch suspension. The gynaecologist performed the surgery and closed the peritoneum with continuous Dundee Jamming suturing with Aberdeen termination. Last procedure performed was laparoscopic Hysterosacropexy done for prolapse uterus , the doctors used prolene mesh and fixed it to the posterior surface of the uterus and cervix and the other end was fixed with sacral promontory using tackers. Doctors worked for more than five hours in the lab without feeling tired or exhausted.
