The video does not start although the plugin is correctly installed.

You receive massage a "connection to the server failed," "could not connect to the server," or some other similar message.

Chances are we are experiencing heavy Web traffic, which is tying up our streaming server. Try to watch the video again later, and it should be fine.

If you have not already seen the video, but the plug-in is installed, check your firewall. Most of the videos are in WMV  format and Windows XP is recommended.

If your computer is part of a private network, you probably have a firewall for security reasons. In case of doubt, check with your systems and network administrator and/or your Internet service provider, and refer to the next question.
