"First of to start with the Pros and Cons of this Institute was very nicely dealt with nicely by our colluegue. To start with Prof. Mishra he is really inspirational, to be very frank he is really inspirational. He went to the core concepts of laparoscopy. He spoke about everything, Physics, Chemistry and Biology of Laparoscopy. He spoke about everything which anybody does not know also. I have assisted very good laparoscopic surgeon when I ask them about insufflators no body answer it. They say it work like that. This is the pressure and this is the sound tympanic note comes. They don't know also they say it work like that.  We learnt about the diamond port, about the missing port. Lunch was boring accommodation was not great but the course was fantastic.
