Often times, we have seniors among our numbers. For these reasons, we must maintain a "PG" atmosphere in our room and promote conversations that are encouraging and uplifting. This doesn't mean you can't talk about what's bothering you. Just be aware of your influence on others.

The conversation ranges from medical issues related to treatment and training to anything else people want to talk about, so they're usually are a combination of information and socializing.
If you want to ask a question or if you just want to chat with others in the same boat, they are a great.
