"Good evening Dr Mishra and my colleagues. I am Dr. Nowfel Fahad from Iraq Urologist from Iraq. The reputation of this centre which is headed by Dr Mishra reached our country. One of my colleagues told me to participate in this course. I was lucky to visit India this year. This is my second visit. So I called my colleague who has come with me for another reason. For training in renal transplant. We leave that course for 2 weeks and participate in the course for laparoscopy. I didn’t like laparoscopy as such because you are afraid of some things which you don’t know. When I came here and was taught by Prof. Mishra the basics of laparoscopy I found it helpful, despite my ideas about laparoscopy have not changed 180 degrees I think laparoscopy for me this is my opinion is very good for diagnostic and simple surgical procedures still in my idea it is not good for major surgical procedures. May be this idea might change in the future. Thank you.
